Ok so the probiotics are life changing, my allergic and asthmatic child hasn’t gotten sick since we started taking them which is huge! My problem lies with the shipment process. Why do they take the extra steps to deliver with ice and a insulated bag just for them to arrive not just warm but HOT. I know the stick on the package says they are still good even if they get warm but these arrived so hot so I’m a little disappointed I may of just spent 50$ for the probiotics to be messed up by heat.

    I've been taking these probiotics for 8 years. LOVE them. They do need to be refrigerated, but have really helped to keep my bodily systems protecting against sickness.

    This product is one of quality and can help with digestion; however, it must remain COLD or it looses its efficacy. I would give it 4 stars, but I gave it one star because it arrived WARM, which means it is worthless. I paid around $50 and Amazon wouldn't take a return.
